- The contract between us
The contract will consist of an agreed itinerary and your acknowledgement of acceptance of these booking conditions. The contract between us becomes binding at the point at which you issue instructions to us to go ahead with making reservations for the agreed itinerary and pay the deposit according to the terms in the payment. By entering this site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use this site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
- Liability
Bai Tu Long Hung Nguyen Co., LTD (Bai Tu Long Travel) acts only in the capacity of agent for its travelers in making arrangements for transportation, accommodation and other services that are incidental to the travel that is being purchased. As agent for the travelers Bai Tu Long Travel does not assume any liability whatever for any injury, damage, death loss, accident or delay due to any act by any carrier, hotel, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included in the tour.
Bai Tu Long Hung Nguyen Co., LTD accepts no responsibility for any damage or delay due to machinery breakdown, quarantine, weather or causes beyond its control.
Bai Tu Long Hung Nguyen Co., LTD accepts no responsibility for any omission, delay, retouring, additional expenses or other events resulting from improper health certificates or necessary documents to enter or depart a country or acts of any government authority.
Bai Tu Long Hung Nguyen Co., LTD operates on a tailor made basis you can request alterations to any aspect of your holiday without surcharges. We will advise you of the cost or saving resulting from proposed alterations and if it is acceptable to you, incorporate it into the price.
- Acceptance of booking
Bai Tu Long Hung Nguyen Co., LTD reserves the right to decline your booking without explanation if we have cause to believe that you might pose threat to public safety or security in Vietnam.
Bai Tu Long Hung Nguyen Co., LTD reserves the right to cancel a tour prior to departure without prior notice for refund or will not take responsibility for any loss due to group dynamics, weather governmental or police action, enjoyment, traffic jam or other conditions dictate. Should Bai Tu Long Hung Nguyen Co., LTD cancel a tour as a result of any of these reasons a refund will be made to the customer for all services that are not delivered.
Bai Tu Long Hung Nguyen Co., LTD requires you to take out travel insurance and any other necessary insurances adequate to meet your needs and will assume that you will have done so before your arrival in Vietnam.
- Deposit & Payment
A minimum deposit of 30% of the full amount (plus a bank commission fee if paying by credit card) is required to confirm your reservations.
Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been received and are sent via email and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.
- Cancellation
*Cancellation by customers
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email.
Greater from 30 to 16 days prior to departure 10 % of full amount plus any bank fees that result from us here and any charge occurs to us from our service providers.
Greater 15 days prior to departure you will lose your full deposit.
There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations. For no show you will lose your money.
* Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event that such circumstances should arise we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative of equivalent quality or a full refund of all monies paid. No additional compensation will be paid over and above the total sum received from you.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us for any reasons to your payment of the full price of the holiday.
- Insurance
Travel insurance and medical precautions are essential. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance at the time of booking.
- Baggage and valuables
Though we take all reasonable care in the handling of baggage, Bai Tu Long Hung Nguyen Co., LTD’s responsibility for lost, damaged or misplaced luagage/baggage and other personal property is limited by the Passage Contract. Bai Tu Long Junk is not responsible for camera equipments, jewelry, cash or other similarly fragile and valuable items contained in checked or unchecked baggage. These items, as well as medications or prescriptions, should be carried on and off the cruises by the guests themselves. Safes are available free of charge on board.
- Medical precautions
You should ensure that you are fully up to date with vaccinations required for Vietnam.
If your itinerary means you may be involved in strenuous activities such as cycling or trekking you should check with your medical practitioner if you are in any doubts about your fitness to do so.
If you are allergic or have any other disabilities or health problem relevant to your holiday you should inform us well in advance.
- Documentation
A passport is required valid for 6 months beyond your tour departure date. A visa is required for Vietnam except Scandinavian countries including Finland, Denmark, Sweden and ASEAN countries including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Laos……
